Brief of Incident

On 20 Oct 2021 at about 1415 hrs, No. 870067633 ASI Kartik Kha along with 03 ORs of BOP Govindbari were detailed to collect the fresh ration and troops on BSF tractor (New Holland) bearing Regd No. TR 01 Z 1938 and while party returning back to BOP Govindbari after collection of fresh ration and carrying of troops, Tractor skidded and rolled down at the descending slope of the SPB(Standing Patrol Base) 32 Mile.  No. 89006700 ASI Ramji Yadav who was sitting on the tractor and CT/Dvr Karmdeep Singh came under rolled Tractor because of which ASI Ramji Yadav got serious injuries on his chest comma  No. 03005321 CT/Dvr Karamdeep Singh got injury on his shoulder comma No870067633 ASI Kartik Kha injury in left leg knee and No 010094363 HC M E Rao- injury in left hand. Immediately both were shifted to CHC Chawmanu at about 1645 hrs. After giving CPR and Oxygen, at about 1705 hrs No. 89006700 ASI Ramji Yadav was referred to DDH Kulai where he was declared brought dead by the treating doctor at about 1845 hrs.
